As a Sales Manager, your role encompasses developing current clients while enhancing the existing customer base. Excellent communication skills are essential for conveying the hotel's offerings effectively. Your leadership and initiative will aid in formulating strategic sales proposals and participating in key events for greater market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue current business opportunities in corporate sectors
- Maintain existing client relationships for sustained growth
- Attend industry events and represent the hotel
- Draft and present sales proposals to clients
- Complete and analyze weekly sales performance reports
- At least two years in hotel sales roles
- Robust communication skills essential
- Ability to manage projects and time effectively
- Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
- Degree in Hotel Management is an asset
