What You’ll Be Doing
  • Sales & Marketing Performance Analysis:
Manage the full spectrum of marketing analytics, including campaign tracking, performance dashboards, and funnel analysis.
  • Lead efforts to maintain a comprehensive and accurate view of marketing performance across demand generation segments and channels, focusing on identifying actionable or predictive insights to optimize campaigns and achieve growth targets.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to support data-driven experimentation and optimization.
  • Customer & Dealer Insights:
Leverage data to uncover trends in customer behavior, dealer performance, product penetration, and regional sales trends.
  • Translate insights into recommendations for targeted marketing strategies, improved customer retention, and dealer network development.
  • Dashboard & Reporting Development:
Design, build, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports for the Sales & Marketing department, using data from the Enterprise Data Platform (Snowflake) as the single source of truth. Outputs include campaign ROI dashboards, sales and market share analyses, sales performance reports, and dealer scorecards to support daily decision-making by Sales & Marketing leaders.

  • Present clear, actionable performance insights to leadership through compelling data storytelling.

  • Deliver timely, well-explained insights to support business decisions, product launches, promotions, and campaign adjustments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with the central Business Analytics team and other functions as needed. Work under the mentorship of the Senior Data & Insights Analyst to incorporate advanced models or new data sources for complex analyses (for example, feeding Sales & Marketing requirements into enterprise predictive models for customer lifetime value or sales forecasting). Ensure that all analyses and metrics for Sales & Marketing are consistent with enterprise-wide standards.

Coordinate with Finance (for alignment on incentive budgets and profitability targets) and with other departments (e.g., Risk or Business Operations) when Sales & Marketing data intersects with broader company initiatives.
  • Training & Data Enablement:
Help foster a data-driven culture across the organization. Help leaders and colleagues in Sales & Marketing understand and utilize the available reports and data tools. Train team members to interpret metrics and leverage self-service analytics (e.g., basic Tableau functions or SQL queries) for their daily management needs. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making in Sales & Marketing teams by making data accessible and understandable.
  • Cross‑Functional Coverage & Business Continuity:
Provide backup analytical support and coverage for Business Operations and other departments as needed, ensuring continuity of reporting, insights, and decision support during peak periods, absences, or shifting priorities.
