Role OverviewAs the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the growth of our client acquisition. This role involves developing and executing strategies to acquire new enterprise clients while focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and our existing client base. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition:
Identify target industries and companies, conduct comprehensive market research, and lead the end-to-end sales process to secure new enterprise business. - Relationship Management:
Foster strong, lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction. - Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement robust sales plans. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and drive revenue growth through effective negotiation and closing strategies. - Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed company targets. - Market Intelligence:
Stay continuously updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within the SaaS, AI, or tech industry.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals.
- Proficiency in sales strategy development and performance tracking.
- Leadership abilities to manage, guide, and motivate a sales team effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the AI/technology landscape and experience with B2B or SaaS solutions is an advantage.
- Proficient with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and adaptable to a fast‑paced work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
