As a strategic relationship builder at Guard Me, you'll identify new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships in the student health and wellness sector. You’re expected to support growth initiatives by collaborating with internal teams and institutional partners. A successful Manager will leverage trust and service to ensure long-term collaboration and partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop outreach strategies to engage prospective partners
• Build and close new business relationships
• Maintain accurate CRM logs of interactions
• Conduct in-person visits to promote Guard Me services
• Lead complex RFP processes from start to finish
Requirements:
• 5-8+ years in business development or sales
• Proven track record of closing new business
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
