US Lead Generator

Kickstart your sales career with a high-impact role! As a U.S Lead Generator at Frontier Dental, you’ll generate leads, engage dental clinics across North America, and help grow our business, all while building skills that propel your sales career forward.

• Proactively cold-call all prospects and identify qualified leads; acquire information regarding their needs and insight into their buying behaviors.
• Follow‑up with existing or sourced‑leads, nurture relationships, and develop sales opportunities via calls, email, social media platforms.
• Screen inbound leads from sources such as website, email inquiries and direct phone calls.
• Manage prospect and quality leads lists.
• Update CRM data by keeping accurate record and details of new leads.
• Provide regular reports to management and make recommendations on improvements to prospecting and growing qualified leads.
• Achieve monthly quotas for closed business.

• Experience in high‑volume cold‑calling, prospecting, appointment setting, and nurturing customer success.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to craft attractive emails that pique prospect interest and result in new business
• Strong project and process management skills to develop and continuously improve call scripts and take customer notes
• A high level of professionalism to understand customer issues and identify an appropriate resolution or response
• CRM and technical skills to enter data and update notes and lookup client information in databases.
• Ability to manage calls and email efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets, respect deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative in how they get the leads, think outside the box.
• Independent and a self‑starter
• Strong initiative and ability to work under minimal supervision
• Organized, motivated and focused
• Experience in sales of any kind is an asset, we are looking for a hunter!

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
