In this role at Pak Factory, you will be pivotal in constructively reshaping the sales operation framework. Your expertise in designing sales processes and utilizing CRM tools effectively will be key to driving revenue growth for various customer segments, including SMB and enterprise. Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager, your goal is to establish methodologies that maximize team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the revenue system from capture to expansion
• Develop multi-funnel sales architecture
• Set up sales process definitions and playbooks
• Drive CRM management and automation improvements
• Build insightful dashboards and forecasts
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in sales/revenue operations
• Comprehensive CRM management experience
• Background in creating sales funnels across segments
• Analytical skills in sales performance metrics
• Experience with AI tools in sales applications
