This Sales Consultant position focuses on establishing strong customer relationships and effectively selling both new and pre-owned vehicles. You'll handle qualified prospects, negotiate sales terms, and ensure satisfying customer deliveries with the support of the finance office. Meeting sales quotas and delivering exceptional customer service are key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Nurture customer relationships for vehicle sales
• Handle incoming inquiries across multiple channels
• Accurately arrange trade-in appraisals and deliveries
• Provide training support to customers upon delivery
• Actively prospect new clients to grow the customer base
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ontario G Driver’s License and OMVIC registration
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen and professional appearance
