The Opportunity:
We are looking to fill a full-time, on-site Sales Representative position to join our Corporate Sales Team at our Head Office, located in Markham, ON.
You will interact directly with installers, integrators, and dealers within North America. You will provide ideal security solutions to clients for any circumstances that may arise. This position offers great career potential, advancement opportunities and requires someone who is eager to meet sales goals. This is a great opportunity to acquire the basic skills of a booming industry and knowledge to grow our Corporate sales client base within a performance-driven environment.
This role offers compensation that is based on salary plus commission bonuses that will be rewarded accordingly.

They possess advanced communication skills (written and oral) and will be self-motivated to pursue, acquire and maintain new clients and existing. This role requires a proactive state of mind and you will be expected to make a minimum number of telephone sales calls and CRM activities per day while meeting or exceeding targets for revenue.
Alongside delivering exemplary customer service, you will need to create and manage quotes while collaborating with our other departments to satisfy our clients. Quick learners who are technically inclined and motivated to take part in the continuous learning of products and services will find success in this opportunity.
Requirements:
Previous sales or customer service experience would be an asset
Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency required
Interest & knowledge in CCTV
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Exemplary work ethic and a strong desire to exceed intra-day metrics-based goals
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Working proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset
Professional phone presence
Cold calling experience is an asset
Job Duties
Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner upon arrival, while answering questions and directing them to appropriate products based on their needs
Process sales transactions accurately through the company’s point-of-sale and invoicing system
Support day-to-day showroom and sales operations to ensure a positive customer experience
Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention, satisfaction, and accuracy is maintained
Meet weekly, monthly, and yearly quotas
Experience
1 year in sales is preferred
