This position involves developing valuable customer relationships while facilitating the car-buying experience. Your primary tasks include assisting customers in the showroom, detailing service offerings, and ensuring seamless vehicle delivery. We are looking for candidates with robust sales skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers entering the showroom or lot
• Create memorable shopping experiences for clients
• Communicate service policies to customers effectively
• Prepare sold vehicles and verify customer satisfaction
• Educate customers on vehicle features and warranties
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or diploma required
• Must hold an OMVIC license and valid Driver’s License
• Fluency in French, Mandarin, or Cantonese is advantageous
• Outstanding communication and customer interaction skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and objectives
