In this role, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with customers and guiding them through their vehicle selection process. Following dealership procedures for vehicle sales will increase overall sales volume, and you’ll be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of our existing inventory. Highlighting features through vehicle demonstrations and ensuring satisfaction post-sale will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish relationships to assist customers with vehicle selection
• Conduct vehicle sales in accordance with guidelines
• Engage positively with all customers and prospects
• Acquire extensive product knowledge of our vehicles
• Carry out professional vehicle demonstrations
Requirements:
• Experience in automotive sales is essential
• Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ Driver’s license required
• Must have valid OMVIC license
• Highly motivated and results-driven
• Passionate about customer satisfaction
