Why this role matters

Kii Health is redefining how organizations approach workforce health. As benefits costs rise and workforce needs become more complex, employers and insurers are looking for smarter, more integrated solutions that deliver results.

This role is about more than selling into an existing market. It is about helping shape it. You will introduce a more connected approach to workforce health by bringing together prevention, clinical expertise, absence management, and health assurance to help clients improve outcomes and control costs.

If you are motivated by opening new doors, influencing how clients think, and building something meaningful, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

Role overview

As Regional Director, Ontario East (New Sales), you will lead new business growth across Ontario East, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada markets. You will build and convert pipeline, develop relationships with employers, insurers, and brokers, and position Kii Health as a trusted partner.

You will also lead and coach a team of six sales professionals while managing your own market-facing responsibilities and team performance.

This role reports to the EVP, Commercial and works closely with teams across Client Success, Clinical, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance.

What you will do
  • Drive new revenue growth across Ontario East markets, with clear ownership of pipeline, activity, and results
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of six, setting clear expectations and supporting consistent performance
  • Build a focused territory plan across Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada
  • Identify and win new business across employers, insurers, brokers, and public sector organizations
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers and position solutions around business outcomes
  • Partner with internal experts to develop tailored and credible client solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to strengthen positioning
  • Represent Kii Health in the market through events, client meetings, and industry engagement
What you bring
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on new business development
  • A track record of winning complex deals and consistently hitting targets
  • Experience selling into employers, insurers, brokers, or related sectors is an asset
  • Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and driving accountability
  • Strong understanding of the Ontario East and broader Eastern Canadian market
  • Confidence in navigating enterprise sales, RFPs, and executive conversations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working in a performance-driven environment
  • Experience using CRM tools, preferably Hub Spot
  • Bilingual English and French is strongly preferred
How success is measured
  • Revenue growth and achievement of sales targets
  • Strength and consistency of pipeline
  • Team performance and development
  • Conversion rates across the sales cycle
  • Forecast accuracy and CRM discipline
  • Quality of collaboration and client handoff
What we are looking for

You are a commercially driven sales leader who enjoys building relationships, developing people, and winning new business. You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, take ownership of results, and bring a thoughtful, consultative approach to solving client challenges.

Working expectations
  • Hybrid role – 3 days per week in office (Markham or Mississauga)
  • Must be available to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Atlantic Time zones
  • Travel within Ontario East and surrounding markets as needed
  • Participation in regular sales and planning meetings
  • Strong commitment to accountability, collaboration, and client outcomes
