Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and expand the North American sales organization
• Develop effective sales strategies for existing and new accounts
• Mentor sales managers enhancing the sales culture
• Manage extensive long sales cycles with major retailers
• Collaborate closely with CEO to align sales with business goals
Requirements:
• Proven experience in CPG sales to major retailers
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing diverse teams
• Strong financial acumen, including budgets and P&L
• Background in account management with leading retailers
• Must be on-site in Markham, ON when not traveling
