You will lead franchise sales efforts, managing interactions with potential partners and guiding them toward a successful partnership. With responsibilities that include sourcing leads and leading pitches, you’ll represent brands like Yeh! Yogurt and find market opportunities. Your expertise in franchise sales and ability to close deals will help Serruya reach its ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and manage a strong pipeline of franchise leads
• Conduct pitches and follow up with leads
• Close deals and manage new partner onboarding
• Attend industry events and represent our branding
• Provide insights on market dynamics and opportunities
Requirements:
• 2–5+ years of franchise sales experience
• Proven success in closing sales deals
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Experience with multi-unit operators a plus
• Willingness to travel for franchise shows and meetings
