Position: Full-Time Sales Administrator at Mattamy Homes
Join Mattamy Homes Canada as a Full-Time Sales Administrator and be the welcoming face for home buyers. You'll ensure exceptional visits and streamline interactions at our GTA sales centres.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include greeting visitors, coordinating appointments, and supporting our sales team. Your strong administrative skills will help maintain an inviting and organized office space while assisting with marketing initiatives, making customer interactions seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in the sales centre

• Coordinate client appointments and meetings efficiently

• Maintain organized sales office presentation at all times

• Support Sales Advisors with document filing and preparation

• Distribute sales materials and manage inquiries effectively

Requirements:

• High school diploma is mandatory

• Proven experience in customer service or sales administration

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Flexibility to work weekends and at various locations
