As a key contributor, you will cultivate strong customer relationships while providing knowledgeable guidance regarding vehicle options. Daily tasks include greeting customers, assisting in vehicle selection, and preparing cars for client delivery. You will play a vital role in ensuring a remarkable buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and guide them through the dealership
• Create positive interactions and experiences for clients
• Outline dealership policies and procedures effectively
• Prepare and deliver vehicles purchased by clients
• Provide clarity on vehicle features and necessary documentation
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
• OMVIC licensed with a valid Driver’s License
• Ability to converse in French, Mandarin, or Cantonese is advantageous
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales orientation with a drive to achieve goals
