Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls consistently through a dialer
• Present auto and home insurance offerings to clients
• Qualify customer leads for sales follow-up
• Record customer interactions and outcomes diligently
• Organize callback schedules for subsequent sales team engagements
Requirements:
• Prior experience in outbound sales or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
• Quick rapport-building skills with clients
• Basic CRM and dialer system experience
