As the Account Manager, you will manage relationships with clients in the insurance and real estate industries, acting as their main contact post-sale. Essential tasks include onboarding clients, conducting training sessions, and ensuring project success during the contract-go live phase.
Your role will also involve gathering feedback to inform product enhancements and client satisfaction strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer success for diverse account portfolios
• Provide onboarding support and training for clients
• Lead regular customer meetings for product feedback and relationship building
• Facilitate seamless transitions from sales to operational activities
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking opportunities and account health
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant industry experience
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management
• Knowledge of insurance or mortgage sectors preferred
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Zen Desk or Jira
Drive impactful client relationships and leverage analytics with Verisk Canada.
