At Kenvue, you will play a vital role as a Key Account Manager, working closely with clients to achieve Net Trade Sales and optimize Share Growth across established brands such as NEUTROGENA® and LISTERINE®. This position requires 3 to 5 years of experience in areas like sales, marketing, and business analytics, along with a university degree in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Business Plan KPI targets for assigned accounts
• Develop joint business plans with customers
• Negotiate agreements on promotions and pricing
• Analyze sales data to drive growth and profitability
• Manage customer trade investment and forecasts
Requirements:
• University degree in Business or Marketing
• 3-5 years experience in sales or marketing
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Digital literacy in MS Office and sales databases
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment
