We’re looking for a driven, high‑energy Franchise Sales Representative to lead U.S. expansion across our portfolio. This is a frontline growth role , owning the franchise sales pipeline from first conversation to signed deal.
You’ll be the face of our brands to prospective franchise partners.
What You’ll Do- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified franchise leads across the U.S.
- Lead discovery calls, pitch brand opportunities, and guide candidates through the full sales cycle
- Close franchise deals and support onboarding of new partners
- Proactively source leads via outreach, brokers, referrals, and events
- Represent our brands at franchise shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Build relationships with brokers, developers, and multi‑unit operators
- Pitch multiple brands based on market fit and operator profile
- Clearly communicate each brand’s value proposition
- Act as an energetic, credible brand ambassador
- Track leads, conversations, and deal progress in CRM
- Maintain strong follow‑up discipline and conversion focus
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline health and market insights
- Monitor U.S. franchise trends, competitors, and real estate dynamics
- Identify key growth markets and expansion opportunities
- 2–5+ years of franchise sales, development, or related B2B sales experience
- Proven closer — able to move deals from lead → signed agreement
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Experience with multi‑unit operators or franchise groups (
strong asset ) - Comfortable pitching multiple brands and adapting to diverse concepts
- Highly organized with strong pipeline and follow‑up discipline
- Willingness to travel for meetings, site visits, and trade shows
- Experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality franchising
- Existing network of franchisees, brokers, or developers
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner
