About the role

As an Allstate Sales Agent you’ll grow your own book of business, build strong relationships in your community, and help people protect what matters most. This is a hybrid role, spending time on‑site to develop skills and network, with flexible work arrangements based on business needs.

How you make a difference

Guide clients through important insurance decisions with personalized advice, strengthen community impact, and grow your skills and business with coaching and development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage your pipeline through outreach, referrals, and community involvement.
  • Meet with prospective clients, understand their needs, and use consultative selling to guide them toward the right insurance solutions.
  • Attend events and partner with community organizations to stay active locally.
  • Maintain consistent sales activity to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Nurture relationships that lead to long‑term business and repeat referrals.

Requirements

  • Comfort with prospecting and lead generation.
  • Ability to become licensed (or already licensed) to sell insurance in your province.
  • Sales experience in insurance or another relationship‑focused field.
