Sales Representative – Mini Markham, Markham, ON L3R 5M2

Automotive Sales Representative at MINI Markham, in partnership with Lithia & Driveway, is responsible for building strong customer relationships, sharing a passion for automobiles, and helping clients discover their dream cars.

• Greeting customers and offering assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot.
• Generate positive impressions during the shopping and buying experiences by serving customers in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner.
• Provide customers with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
• Deliver vehicle to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

• Post‑secondary degree or diploma.
• French, Mandarin, or Cantonese speaking is a strong asset.
• OMVIC licensed – required.
• A valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written) and customer service skills.
• Exceptional sales skills and a commitment to sales objectives.

$70,000–$120,000 based on ability to sell effectively.
