Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage settlement of refining lots
• Communicate technical details and pricing options
• Train staff on refining lots identification and treatment
• Review and validate quotes; maintain SAP pricing
• Prepare customs documentation and manage shipments
Requirements:
• College diploma in business or similar field
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication skills in English
• Advanced skills in SAP and MS Office
• Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
