Join us as an Experienced Group Benefits Agent, where your expertise will be key in supporting day-to-day administration of group benefits. This hybrid role emphasizes strong communication and problem resolution.
As part of a collaborative team under the Assistant Director, you will manage member inquiries and ensure accurate processing of claims and payments. Bringing at least three years of experience, you will conduct audits and create detailed billing statements. Organizational skills and an analytical mindset will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact for plan sponsors and members
• Gather and process member data accurately
• Prepare billing statements and plan audits
• Address member inquiries swiftly via calls and emails
• Assist with online portals and necessary documentation
Requirements:
• College diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum three years in group insurance management
• System integration experience preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in both French and English
• Advanced MS Office proficiency and analytical skills
