Customer Service Sales

Position: Customer Service Sales Role ON

In this role, you will proactively manage customer sales inquiries and ensure the accuracy of orders and product information. You’ll educate customers about our offerings, maintain relationships, and coordinate with various teams for optimal service. A blend of detailed record-keeping and effective communication is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build sales through dealer communication and outreach

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently

• Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups

• Manage cash transactions and maintain cash drawer

• Stay updated on HVAC industry trends

Requirements:

• 5+ years of customer service and sales experience

• HVAC industry experience is preferred

• Competency in Microsoft Office and database applications

• High School diploma or GED; HVAC certification is a plus

• Strong organizational and customer service skills
