Automotive Sales Representative – BMW Markham, Markham, ON L3R 5M2

Join BMW Markham, a trusted dealership in partnership with North America’s largest automotive retailer. As an automotive sales representative, you will build strong customer relationships, share your passion for cars, and help clients find their dream vehicles.

• Greet customers and offer assistance or direction to visitors in the showroom or lot.
• Generate positive impressions during the shopping and buying experience by serving customers in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner.
• Explain manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery before arrival.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Sales Manager to support dealership operations.

• Automotive luxury vehicle sales experience preferred; not required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Valid OMVIC license.
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and customer-service skills.
• Exceptional sales skill and commitment to sales objectives.

• Competitive compensation: $70,000-$100,000 base salary plus incentive pay based on sales performance.
