Join PWM as a Business Development Manager and enhance our presence in defence, aerospace, and industrial markets. Focus on pipeline expansion and customer relationship management.
This role at PWM requires a seasoned professional with at least five years of experience in business development, technical sales, or account management. You will be instrumental in qualifying new opportunities and fostering relationships with key stakeholders across various platforms, including primes and OEMs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement strategic account plans
• Identify and nurture new growth opportunities
• Maintain strong ties with procurement and engineering contacts
• Collaborate with teams to transition leads into active pursuits
• Represent PWM at trade shows and industry events
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B business development
• Proven ability in technical sales with a consultative approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable engaging with engineering and operations teams
• Prepared to travel for business engagements
