Drive growth and client satisfaction as a Business Development Manager with NVISION, a leading hybrid digital marketing agency. This role focuses on prospecting, closing deals, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure project success.
In this critical position, the Business Development Manager will leverage at least five years of experience in sales and marketing within an agency to source new opportunities and expand digital revenue. You’ll work closely with decision-makers and support lead management through the entire sales cycle while participating in meetings to push sales improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage leads and drive the full sales cycle
• Participate in management meetings for sales initiatives
• Grow digital revenue with existing accounts
• Build rapport with clients daily
• Prepare quotes and proposals for services
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in sales or marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience with e-commerce is a plus
