SUSE seeks a Country Manager for Canada to enhance revenue growth and lead sales teams in a full-time capacity. As SUSE’s ambassador, you will cultivate relationships and drive strategic initiatives.
In this pivotal Country Manager role, your leadership will empower cross-functional sales teams to achieve Canadian revenue targets. You will directly oversee Account Sales while engaging with Partner and Technical Sales teams to ensure effective collaboration. Your strategy will leverage SUSE’s offerings, enhancing the company's presence in key markets and with significant clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Canadian revenue across all sales channels
• Lead Account Sales team, promoting teamwork
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Engage with Solution Architect teams for collaboration
• Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics
Requirements:
• Proven experience leading in a matrix organization
• Track record of managing multi-channel sales teams
• Expertise in growth strategy development
• Strong public-speaking and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with SUSE solutions and CRM tools
