As a Business Development Specialist, you will generate new business and strengthen customer relationships for Mianco’s Ready-Mix division. Your expertise in the concrete industry will be key to identifying opportunities, increasing market share, and promoting related Environmental services. Your daily activities will involve significant interactions with contractors, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new Ready-Mix Concrete customers

• Generate business through networking and job site visits

• Establish relationships with contractors and builders

• Execute sales plans to meet targets

• Promote Mianco Environmental services to clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in Ready-Mix Concrete sales

• Proven record in customer account development

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with CRM software

• Willingness to travel daily throughout the GTA
