In this essential role, you will work closely with Customers, Account Managers, and Estimating teams to coordinate bid packages and documentation. Your emphasis on organization and communication will ensure project deadlines are met efficiently. Experience in HVAC or construction environments is highly valued in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the submission of bid and proposal packages
• Review RFPs and customer documents for requirements
• Collaborate with sales and estimators for accurate information
• Maintain bid schedules and submission calendars on Salesforce
• Support post-bid follow-ups and improvements
Requirements:
• Preferred experience in HVAC or construction sectors
• Familiarity with Salesforce and bid management tools
• Previous experience in bid coordination or related support roles
• Strong organizational and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and multi-tasking capability
