Your work will be integral in achieving occupancy and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with local businesses and the community
• Facilitate prospect tours and outreach activities
• Execute strategic sales plans to attract clients
• Maintain industry-related knowledge for better outreach
• Conduct analysis on market trends and sales performance
Requirements:
• At least two years of direct sales experience
• Strong skills in relationship management
• Familiarity with business applications and CRM systems
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
