The Role

Omnify is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) responsible for generating new sales opportunities and developing early-stage customer relationships.

The BDR plays a critical role in Omnify’s sales engine by identifying potential customers, qualifying opportunities, and building pipeline for the Regional Sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, curious, and eager to build a career in professional sales.

The BDR will work closely with Marketing and Regional Sales Managers to develop new accounts and uncover project opportunities across North America.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, and digital outreach
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Identify and engage new potential customers within target markets
  • Re-engage dormant accounts to identify new opportunities
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and projects
  • Qualify opportunities and gather key project information
  • Create and manage new accounts and contacts in the CRM
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and opportunity development

Successful BDRs at Omnify can grow into Regional Sales Manager or other commercial leadership roles.

  • 1–3 years of professional experience (sales, customer-facing, or business development roles preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new industries and products

    High level of organization and discipline in managing outreach activities
  • Comfort initiating conversations with new prospects
  • Strong motivation to develop a career in professional sales
