Sales-Focused Customer Account Representative

This key role directs customer interactions, being the sole salesperson for your assigned accounts. With a focus on personalized service, your goal will be to influence sales and aligned account growth. This role typically follows a Monday through Friday schedule, 7 AM to 4 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with assigned accounts
• Address customer needs through effective service
• Manage quotations and order processing
• Ensure successful post-delivery support
• Resolve customer problems swiftly and creatively
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of relevant sales/customer service experience
• Strong customer service mentality with relationship focus
• Self-motivated decision-making abilities
• Superior communication and time management skills
• Understanding of product offerings needed for success
