Seasonal Sales Associate – Vans, VF Corporation

We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to support our store during the peak season, with the possibility to transition into a regular role. The position requires flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Deliver personalized customer engagement and exceptional service
• Build sales, maintain a consumer‑centric mindset, and model selling behaviors
• Share product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience
• Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools
• Assist with visual merchandising, product replenishment, and store presentation standards
• Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to engage authentically with a diverse group of customers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team‑player with adaptability to changing business needs
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience a plus
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with retail systems
• Physical capacity to stand, move, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight
• Capability to work variable hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Hiring Range: $17.60 – $19.20 CAD per hour

This is a part‑time or limited‑time position and is not eligible for all VF Corporation benefit plans. Some benefits may be available; additional information will be provided upon hire.
