Sales Manager

Responsibilities- In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales and margin results across your territory, making sure we meet our targets together
- You’ll support marketing efforts by helping to implement plans, promotions, and new product launches that keep our business growing
- Creating a positive environment that encourages sales growth is key, so you’ll lead initiatives that help the team succeed
- Regularly, you’ll meet with Territory Managers to review sales performance and track progress on our goals
- You’ll work closely with different teams like Area Business Managers, District Managers, and IT to plan new business initiatives and make sure our customers’ needs are met
- Building strong relationships with key decision makers and top customers will be part of how you support your team’s success
- You’ll use performance data and financial reports to keep an eye on how things are going, develop action plans, and continuously improve our sales operations
- Managing the sales budget and team costs while promoting safety within the team will also be part of your responsibilities
- You’ll bring college education or equivalent experience along with three to five (3 to
5) years in sales management - Experience in home and institutional respiratory services like home oxygen and sleep therapy will help you hit the ground running
- Leading and developing a team of Territory Managers to grow revenue is a key part of the role
- You’ll be action‑oriented, always looking to drive new business opportunities and expand our reach
- Strong negotiation skills will help you work effectively with both customers and internal teams
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, is essential to keep everyone aligned
- Problem‑solving and delivering excellent customer service will be part of your daily focus
- Comfort with technology is important, especially with tools like MS Dynamics 365 and JD Edwards, plus being a team player who collaborates well with others
This is an existing position with an annual salary range of $95, 000 – $100,000.
