Role Description This full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role is based in Markham, ON and focuses on generating new business and supporting existing client relationships for Stronghold Management Group’s property management services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing leads, conducting outreach by phone, email, and in person, and presenting service offerings to property owners, investors, and boards. The Commission Sales Associate will prepare proposals, follow up on inquiries, attend client meetings, and assist in evaluations and consultations to understand client needs.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the sales pipeline, collaborating with the property management team, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while representing the company in a professional, client-centered manner.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals on a commission-based structure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, conduct professional presentations, and negotiate effectively.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple prospects, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate documentation of sales activities.
- Customer service mindset, with a focus on understanding client needs, providing clear information, and supporting long-term client relationships.
- Basic understanding of property management or real estate services, or willingness to learn about condominium, residential, commercial, and investment property management.
- Comfort working on-site in Markham, ON, including attending client meetings and site visits as required.
- Proficiency with common office and CRM software to manage contact information, sales pipelines, and communication.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and self-motivation, with the ability to work toward targets with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in commission-based sales, real estate, or property management is an asset but not strictly required.
