Insurance Producer (Commission-Only | Build Your Own Book)
We’re a growing insurance brokerage looking for producers who want full control of their income and are willing to build their own pipeline
.
This is a commission-only role
. Most of your business will come from your own leads and network
. We’ll supplement where it makes sense, but this is not a “sit and wait for leads” job.
- Are hungry and self-motivated
- Know how to generate your own leads (or want to learn fast)
- Are comfortable grinding without being micromanaged
- Want to build a real, long-term book of business
- Competitive commission splits
- Training, mentorship, and real-world support
- Access to multiple carriers and modern tools
- Flexibility and autonomy (startup environment)
- Learn the insurance business properly
- Build their own book, not rent one
