We’re Hiring:
SaaS & Business Solutions Account Executive

Microsys is looking for a modern, customer-focused sales professional who can sell SaaS, ERP, and business technology solutions — and use AI tools to work more efficiently and scale sales activities.

Location:

Stouffville, Ontario — This is an in-office position, working from our Stouffville office daily.

The focus is on selling Business Solutions while using AI internally to improve productivity, prospecting, research, follow-up, and pipeline execution.

• Sell SaaS and Business Solutions to organizations across multiple industries
• Sell and position Sage Intacct and Sage 300
• Own the full B2B sales cycle — discovery, qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Work closely with our BDR and Digital Marketing teams to nurture prospects and convert opportunities
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency in prospect research, personalized outreach, meeting preparation, follow-ups, proposal support, sales analysis, and pipeline management
• Understand customer business challenges and recommend the right solution
• Build strong value propositions and ROI discussions
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations
• Monitor the customer journey, buying signals, engagement, and next-best actions
• Maintain strong CRM discipline with clear next steps and accurate forecasts
• Build trusted relationships with CFOs, Controllers, Finance teams, Operations leaders, business owners, and IT decision-makers
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the broader Microsys solutions portfolio

• 2–5 years of B2B SaaS, ERP, software, or technology sales experience
• Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets
• Experience selling SaaS, ERP, accounting, or financial management solutions
• Experience with Sage Intacct, Sage 300, or comparable ERP platforms is highly desirable
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Strong CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
• Comfortable learning and demonstrating business software
• Ability to use AI as a productivity and scaling tool
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Organized, persistent, accountable, and coachable
• Able to work from our Stouffville office daily

• Most importantly — you know how to move opportunities forward and close
