As the Solutions Engineering Manager, you will spearhead a team supporting commercial and channel-led opportunities across North America. Your focus will be on solving intricate identity and security challenges while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. You will shape customer solutions and drive technical discovery through consultative engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Solutions Engineers for commercial engagements

• Drive solution design and technical validation processes

• Collaborate with Sales on account strategy and risk mitigation

• Foster strong relationships with channel partners

• Coach team members through customer interactions

Requirements:

• Experience in Solutions Engineering and leading technical teams

• Strong understanding of identity and security technologies

• Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies like MEDDPICC

• Technical knowledge of cloud platforms and SaaS integrations

• Experience with APIs and automation platforms
