Counter Manager - Markville

Summary
As a Counter Manager based at the Shoppers Drug Mart counter in Markville, you will create a personalised luxury client experience and drive sales for the Fragrance & Beauty account. This permanent full-time role (30 hours/week) focuses on delivering consultations, growing the customer base, and achieving annual sales plans. You will work closely with the Territory Manager to build long-term client relationships and increase store performance.

Responsibilities

Provide superior one-to-one client service and in-store consultations.

Use selling skills to relate to customer needs and convert consultations into sales.

Achieve planned annual sales goals for the Fragrance & Beauty account.

Requirements

Availability to work a permanent 30 hours per week schedule at the Markville counter.
