Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships for long-term engagement

• Act as the main contact for orders and technical coordination

• Ensure clear communication throughout the order lifecycle

• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively

• Review inventory and prepare accurate quotations

Requirements:
