Role Focus:
- Selling Property & Casualty (Home/Auto/Commercial) and Life Insurance products
- Building long-term client relationships through needs-based selling
- Generating new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (P&C and/or Life)
- Valid insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated with a competitive, high-performance mindset
- Individuals who are goal-driven and resilient
- Professionals who take ownership of their pipeline and results
- Candidates who are confident handling objections and closing business
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- OTL/RIBO and LLQP licenses an asset
- Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Established network or book of business
- Experience in cross-selling multiple insurance products
