As an IWRS Monitoring Specialist, you play a vital role in client support and data management. Collaborating with professionals across departments, you'll also handle testing, documentation, and training for CTT applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for CTT users via helpdesk

• Support analysis and resolution of client requests

• Conduct daily and weekly data accuracy checks

• Coordinate database changes and ensure documentation

• Serve as emergency escalation point during after-hours

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in health science or similar
