Join Rentokil as a Plant Care Specialist, where you'll provide exceptional care and maintenance for diverse plant collections. This role combines horticultural expertise with customer interactions in various settings.
In this position, your daily tasks will involve visiting different sites to ensure optimal plant health through watering, grooming, and pest management. You'll also assist in plantscape installations and contribute to seasonal decorations. Your attention to detail will ensure customers receive top-notch plant care services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply water based on specific plant needs
• Maintain cleanliness of plants and display areas
• Monitor and resolve pest-related issues
• Help with plantscape and decoration installations
• Drive a service vehicle safely and efficiently
Requirements:
• Preferred experience in caring for plants
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have a state driver's license
• Preferred customer service experience
• Capacity to communicate effectively in service situations
