Key Responsibilities:

• Direct analytical method development in a technical team

• Advance cell-based potency assays aligned with CQAs

• Utilize QbD and DOE methodologies for method optimization

• Collaborate on documentation and regulatory submissions

• Present scientific data in departmental meetings

Requirements:

• BS/BA with 5+ years or MS with 3+ years in relevant areas

• Demonstrated expertise in immunoassays and cellular therapies

• Solid understanding of T cell biology

• Excellent analytical software and MS Office skills

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a lab setting
