Intek Communications Inc. is looking for a dedicated Field Service and Installation Technician with experience with Rogers. You'll be responsible for assessing and repairing cable systems, maintaining professionalism in every customer interaction. This role calls for a high level of safety and a commitment to accuracy while educating clients about their services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to various customer locations for service
• Repair and replace malfunctioning cables and devices
• Install and relocate telecommunications equipment
• Ensure customer understanding of installed products
• Record and close out service records efficiently
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license with good record
• At least 6 months with Rogers products
• Strong technical communication skills
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively
