As a Senior Distribution Powerline Technician, you will be integral to managing both overhead and underground electrical systems. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll ensure compliance with safety regulations while mentoring team members. Your hands-on leadership will promote a culture of safety and excellence on various unionized worksites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct morning safety meetings with crew staff

• Enforce compliance to safety standards

• Lead installation of power distribution systems

• Execute system switching and cable testing

• Document safety inspections and procedures

Requirements:

• Certified Journeyperson Powerline Technician

• Leadership experience in previous PLT roles

• Direct experience with underground installations

• Commercial driver’s license preferred

• Advanced live line work experience considered an asset
