Experienced HVAC Controls Technician

Position: Experienced HVAC Controls Technician Needed
Become a vital member of Trane Technologies as an experienced HVAC Controls Technician. Based in Markham, Ontario, this full-time role involves engaging directly with customers and technical problem-solving.
In this impactful role, you'll leverage your HVAC/Controls knowledge to handle commissioning, programming, and troubleshooting of complex systems. Directly responsible for customer interactions, you'll help ensure optimal system performance and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Commission and test HVAC systems from start to finish

• Document all stages of system validation

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues for clients

• Maintain accurate records of company assets

• Perform site surveys and preventative maintenance
Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in HVAC or related field

• Preference for those with formal technical training

• Familiarity with DDC controls like Tridium Niagara

• Clean driving record and valid license for 12 months

• Ability to lift weights up to 40 lbs regularly
