Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems

• Read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints

• Document activities in the CMMS system

Requirements:

• Ontario Millwright Certificate of Qualification (preferred)

• 3+ years in maintenance roles

• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems

• Working knowledge of HVAC and building systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
