• Installation and service of commercial and residential security, video surveillance and access control systems
• Programming and troubleshooting onsite and remotely
• Network configuration and troubleshooting
• Basic client training
• Keep detailed records
• Participate in the on-call after hours emergency rotation

• Minimum 2 years experience installing, servicing and programming security systems
• Experience with  and DSC systems
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to quickly and accurately identify issues
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Able to read and understand installation manuals
• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record
• Able to work independently and as a team member
